Medical/health This article will be used to keep record of all legislative and parliamentary decisions that the UŠN makes democratically. Each law/resolution has a number. The format of the number is YEAR.SESSION_NUMBER.RESOLUTION_NUMBER, so for example: 15.1.8 will be the 8th resolution of the first parliamentary session of 2015.

XX.1.5No state of UŠN shall use their military within another state's borders without prior consent of the host state.
XX.1.8During times of military threat or aggression towards UŠN states, all other states must assist as required and as they are financially and logistically capable to do.
XX.1.8No UŠN nation may enter into an armed conflict, or invade another nation without prior consent of the UŠN.

XX.3.1No state shall legislate against trade with any member state of the UŠN.
XX.3.2States of the UŠN may collect tariffs on trade with UŠN nations as their individual governments see fit.
XX.3.9Trade relations with states outside the UŠN is to be determined by each individual state.


[top]Immigration/Customs

85.17.3All member states must allow citizens of other UŠN states passage across borders provided they carry a valid national ID from the country of their citizenship.
85.17.4No passport or visas are to be required or issued to citizens of UŠN states travelling within the UŠN
85.17.8Citizens of member states may reside indefinitely in any other UŠN state provided they have a valid ID of a UŠN state, and provided they uphold the law of that state.
85.17.11Residency and immigration requirements with states outside the UŠN is to be determined by each individual state.
87.4.2All states must allow the safe passage of non-military vessels through UŠN state waters.


[top]Infrastructure

11.4.18Cities within the UŠN participating in the MARG programme must provide an area of the stations serviced for an 'international zone' before customs.
15.10.2All countries in the UŠN are required to drive on the left-hand side of the road.

99.7.12Banks in all states are required to accept the currency of that state's direct neighbours in exchange for the local currency of equivalent value.


[top]Diplomatic

XX.2.1Membership applications are to be formally requested by the government of the applicant. All full-members may vote on whether to allow entrance to the UŠN.
XX.2.3All full-member states are eligible to vote in UŠN resolutions, but are not required to do so.
91.1.10Each state is required to have an embassy or consulate office in each UŠN state.


[top]Socio-economic

16.2.1UŠN states may not permit firearms to be carried in public places; except by: state police, state military, or UŠN enforcement services; except as defined by 16.2.2.
16.2.2Firearm permits may be issued by UŠN states for the purpose of: cultural tradition, sustenance hunting, or law enforcement.
16.2.3UŠN states may not ban prostitution, but may regulate the industry reasonably as they see fit.

16.2.4UŠN states may not prohibit an abortion unless it is medically unsafe to do so, or no medical grounds exist.
