Bremsic (Bremsama) is the spoken language on the major part of Demiren continent, which includes countries as Zegereth, Prentesila, Stagira and the Noïd Archipelago. Despite there is some presence of minor languages in those areas, Bremsama reigns as a Lingua Franca on all over the continent.

As the myth explains, goddess Bremsa came down from Heaven for engineering the Man, and she gave us the gift of speech. This way, Bremsama is not only a communication method, but also a gift from the Gods, a true sign of devotion and a cultural expression of the maximum level.

The first written testimonials of the language are dated, approximately, from the year 210. This finding, barely recognizable as Bremsama, gives high detail of an stock inventory after a barbaric siege at the old Zegereth fortress on the Blue Mountains.

Ironically, nomadic tribes were the responsible of spreading the language across Demiren. Those nomads spoke a pidgin of different languages that we call today proto-demirem. They adopted Bremsama and brought this language to each corner of the continent.

We can found proto-demirem roots in some minor tongues all over Demirem, one of the most pure and interesting is the second language of Stagira.
