This was written in 2019.
Names are relatively straight forward. For first names you take the persons birthday.
For our examples we will use the following days:
02/23/1998: 02-23-19-98 (ʔɛ.ɛt.po.qə)
10/11/2009 10-11-20-09 (pʔ.pp.b.ʔo)
01/13/2019 01-13-20-19 (ʔp.pt.b.po)
Next you add an age prefix. For simplicity sake we will use the unisex prefix but you can make it masculine or feminine if you like.
08-13-02-23-19-98 (ʔə.pt.ʔɛ.ɛt.po.qə ) adult prefix used from 21 and up
08-16-10-11-20-09 (ʔə.py.pʔ.pp.b.ʔo) child prefix used from 3 and up
08-`19-01-13-20-19 (ʔə..po.ʔp.pt.b.po) baby prefix used from 2 and under
Finally you add 4 Latin letter codes to make sure that each person has a unique first name. These can either spell out a short name or be random.

To make a Nickname you take the last part of the name and add 08-40.
