Primary Stress
1) Loanwords can have Stress that breaks the rules
2) Stress goes on the first long vowel
3) If no long vowel then it goes on the first syllable except:
3.1) if it starts with zo; it goes on the 2nd syllable
3.2) if it has ka(n); it goes on the ka(n) (except if it starts with to, then 1st syllable)
3.3) If it has the suffix -sea; it goes on se (unless it is bigger then 3 syllables, then se gets secondary stress)
3.4) If it starts with a single a; it goes to the 2nd syllable
Secondary Stress
1)Secondary stress only exists on words 3 syllables and longer Unless
1.1)The word's primary stress goes after or where the secondary stress would be, then it doesn't exist
2) Loanwords can have Stress that breaks the rules
3) Stress is Penultimate unless
3.1) The word has multiple long vowels upon which it goes to the last long vowel
