This article addresses a change that happens Pava'pana in the modern era. Due to the rise of internet & communication, the younger generation creates a new set of syllables containing two new letters æ (ɨ) and ǣ (i). These new letters are widely mocked by the older generation. They claimed that they're weren't given to the people by their god, but rather created by human beings and that they made sounds that were strange, new and foreign.
