[edit] [top]Introduction

Liturgical Origin River Wisdom is an agglutinating language that uses a OV(S) structure. More specifically, sentences are formed Direct Object > Verb > Subject > Indirect Object. Subject Pronouns may be ommitted from this structure because verbs agree with the person and number of the subject. Interrogative sentences are the only exception to this, structured SVO, as in English.

[edit] [top]Building the Verb

1. Begin with the category of the entity performing the verb.

Human he
Animal
Plant ¨qa

2. If needed, add negation.

3. Add the verb mood.

Conditional фiþ

Subjunctive şii
uncertainty, question, potential
Optative lūm̃ҩ

Imperative ñox

Debitive ҁlii

4. Add the verb tense.

Present vii

5. Add the verb, conjugated to agree with the person and number of the subject.

Liturgical Origin River Wisdom utilizes 4th and 5th persons. With the existence of the 4th person, referring to a third party not present, the 3rd person is used only to reference a third party present for the conversation. The 5th person is used as a passive construction, for example "One goes to work everyday."
