3. Numbers ? ?
In Kál'togákávlod tracking familial relationships can get complicated. There are only words for mother, father, sister, and brother. Tatup is father, so vá tatup translates to my father. Paternal and maternal distinctions are signified by the suffixes -géj (paternal) and -kéj (maternal). For older generations, a numeral is prefixed to the relation. So this results in the father of my father, or grandfather, would be formed by adding ték (two) to tatup (father) and géj (signifying paternal relationship) resulting in téktatupgéj. The father of my mother, on the other hand would be formed with the suffix -kéj, resulting in téktatupkéj. ✎ Edit Article ✖ Delete Article
