I, great king Kameedan, the first of this name, son of the deceased great king Azamiaashu, made this temple to be built in the fourth year of my rule, in the name of the greatest, sacred blessing of goddess Emma.
Goddess of water, rain, rivers, and the greatest gift, our life in this rich, fertile land, to show my, and my people's respect, adoration, faith towards her.

I made this temple to be build of four arm-length thick, and 12 man-hight high walls of hard stone, brought from the hills of Humushup, to stand as long as the mountain itself, so our children, and their children, and their ancestors can worship you, oh great goddess. I, great king Kameedan, I ask you, oh great goddess, take this precious gift of us, let there be a cattle sacrifice on the third day of every month for you oh great goddess, and in the name of my people, I only ask you to keep blessing us with your rain, to fill the rivers, so the rivers fill the canals, to keep the land rich and fertile, so it can give us wheat, to make bread, to feed my people, who worship you, oh great goddess, it's all what I, great king Kameedan ask.
