Calutia had long been considered to have a UTC+5 timezone, but, it's not very much so. Calutia splits up its day into three, 8-hour long parts for morning, afternoon, and night. Morning goes from 2:00 AM to 9:59 AM, afternoon goes from 10:00 AM to 5:59 PM, and night goes from 6:00 PM to 1:59 AM. Since the morning starts at 2:00 AM, people have made the day start at that time, which technically makes the country have a UTC+7 timezone. And that is true, on the fact it is used locally (like, someone would get up at 4:00 AM, start working 7:00 AM and finish their shift at 4:00 PM (speaking on terms of +7 to +5 logic, and the times in +5 are 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 6:00 PM respectively))
