This syllabary is written from left to right and they aren't capitals or minuscules.
One letter corrispond to a CV syllable.
The "devowelizer" diacritic is applied on "Ce" letters: べ テ で げ け レ め ね ぺ... and allows to create simples consonants: べエ テエ でエ げエ けエ レエ めエ ねエ ぺエ...:
ま = ma
まね = mane
まねエ = man
Diphtongues like "ya" (マ) or "wa" (わ) have their own letters.
Diphtongues like "aw" (あオ) or "ay" (あン) are written with a diacritic:
あオ = aw / かオ = kaw
えオ = ew / けオ = kew
いオ = iw / きオ = kiw
おオ = ow / こオ = kow
あン = ay / かン = kay
えン = ey / けン = key
おン = oy / こン = koy
うン = uy / くン = kuy
