3. Numbers ? ?
The Kal'Shak race uses a base-twelve numbering system. This came about because they have six digits on each hand. The numbers 1-12 are ék, ték, nék, fék, pék, trek, wek, pek, rek, mik, plek, and juk. For numbers greater than twelve, there are suffixes. These suffixes are -ták (mulitplier for 12), -puk (multiplier for 144), -sák (mulitplier for 1728), -hék (mulitplier for 20736).

Numbers are formed by counting the mulitples of 12 and adding more to it. So the number 13 becomes ékták ék, or one twelve and one. This would procede through to ékták plek, or one twelve and eleven. The next number would be tékták, or two twelves. Plekták plek, or eleven twelves and eleven (143) is followed by ékpuk, or one 144.
