Menu 1. What is Resnish? 2. Basic Phrases 3. Basic Words of the Lesson These lessons will remain the easist and most straightforward path to learning this language. Let's begin with the language and what it is.

[edit] [top]What is Resnish?

Resnish is a Germanic-based language with a few noticable features, one being the modarately fusional declension system. Nouns, and verbs both have rather complex yet constant declenson patters, with nouns having 6 cases and 3 numbers and verbs having 4 moods/tenses and 7 person declensions.

However, the most fusional aspect of the language is its openness for word merging and deriviation, much like German or other germanic languages, however even to a greater extreme. For example, in Resnish all word classes save for pronouns are open, meaning new words in the category can be made.
