In Dwanti, possession is shown by using the genitive case. This is as simple as tacking on a small suffix to the end of the word being possessed. However, there are some rules to know.
1. The suffix links back to the one doing the possessing, not the thing possessed.
2. The suffix used will convey case (animate, inanimate, spirit), number (single or plural), and grammatical person of the possessor.
