- - - The Speech of the New West is the lingua franca of the people inhabiting the numerous realms situated on the continents of Tarodon and Selanaris from my conworld of Armalin. Spoken natively by the Alindam, who hail from the southern realm of Arthahem, and popularised in a bid to economically and politically unite a Tarodon recovering from the War of Men and Dwarves, Ehatno Arvemaliron, as its known to its speakers, has ever since remained the de facto common speech of the northern regions of the known world.
It is my first ever conlang, having been created some time around 2016-2017, although I truly started putting more time into its development towards the end of 2019/beginning of 2020. I have created an abugida script for SotNW but haven't been able to make it into a presentable digital font.
