About Zwazwan
The national language of Zwazwamia, a country directly south of Amaia. It is nearly identical to Amaian phonologically, but it differs greatly lexically and has some pragmatic differences as well. While the literary languages are very similar except for the lexical similarities, the colloquial languages have very low mutual intelligibility.
There are two main dialects of Zwazwan: Western and Eastern. The distributions are a southern continuation of the Western and Eastern dialects of Amaian, though there is no equivalent of Gynnyn Amaian, the third dialect. The dialects differ almost entirely in pronunciation, in particular phonetic vowel and diphthong realizations. There are a small number of lexical differences.
