About Sanguine Rythulian
Sanguine Rythulian, or Old Laia, is spoken by a bronze-age civilization of humanoids living in the Sanguine Dunes, a region centred around the river valley Nalinala and extending out into the surrounding red desert. The largest organized government controls less than a dozen cities. It got its English name after I realized the similarities between its speakers/settings and the game Journey (mainly that they wear loose red clothing that covers the whole body, and the species' horns would cause protrusions in their hoods similar to the character's ears in Journey)

It is pretty strictly SOV and strongly head-final. Adjectives come before nouns, and genitives come before those. Verbs are at the end, but are then followed by adverbs, then datives/latives/ablatives/whatever. Heavy copula dropping, basically 0 conjugation. Comparative statements are weird? (thicker than molasses : more_than molasses thick)
i dunno what stuff to say about it lmao, i dont really know enough to know

Stress informationStress falls upon first syllable unless the first syllable is a vowel with no consonant, in which case it falls upon the second. This is overridden if the first vowel is o, and the second vowel is i, wherein stress falls upon the o (e.g. osiko is Osiko, and not oSIko). If a word is a loanword or a name, stress falls upon wherever sounds most like the original (wow that's a wishy washy definition)
