About Englisc Yeah I am aware that this is done to death, but I thought why not put my own spin on it :). Englisc is my take on an English that wasn't influenced by norman french. It has an moderate inflection, less than that of Old English, and still retains a three gender system. I wanted the orthography to be full of historical spellings and complications, so it looks quite similar to Old English but in reality, the language is far more similar to Early Modern English in terms of pronunciation.
