About Amthi The language of the ichthyoids from my conworld and their country, Amthi. Has SVO structure and 7 cases: nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, instrumental, locative and vocative. This language's grammar is basically the simplified version of the Ukrainian grammar.

Its vocabulary contains a bit changed words from Earth's languages of the most pirate countries and some other countries that are associated with sea, which are Greek, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Somali, Hindi, Malay/Indonesian, Romanian and a bunch of Slavic languages.

Amthi language has four dialects, the main of which is Nithi, the dialect of the islands scattered between two continents, where the royal family also lives. Nithi dialect is known for the spamming of "þ", "ð" and "s" along with the Vathys dialect.

It uses an alphabetic script, which was also borrowed for the Minotaurian language

[edit] [view] Vaþis (Vathys)Spoken in underwater cities(the Atlantis of Amthi, basically), and kinda like the Thimur dialect, but less crazy and more similar to Nithi and Oeste
