About halkujacia
The halkujacas are the descendents of germanic tribes that moved up into the Aukštaitija region of Lithuania (obviously a very unrealistic scenario). The language is a very conservative language, that has retained many elements of proto-germanic, but at the same time has a great deal of influence from the surrounding baltic and slavic languages.
