About Napathi
Napathi, or as it is known by its speakers, Ngabadh (lit. "Sea-tongue"), is a harsh, guttural language spoken in the coastal regions of Şerrakh, known as Nhaggorn (The Sea of The Sword). It's speakers are a seafaring people whose culture and language are heavily influenced by their proximity to the sea. As a result, Ngabadh's lexicon and grammar reflect this by including several class distinctions for maritime, terrestrial, and coastal nouns as well as distinct names for every type of sea-dwelling creature, tide-level, and sea-borne storm, among other topics.
It is a highly agglutinative, Erg-Abs, VSO language with many irregular noun and verb forms.
