About Bureaucratic Tartarean
Those demons down in Hell need some way to speak without muddling up their contracts with petty ambiguity!
It's partially a joke language, but not enough that I felt it was worthy of "joke". It'll hopefully be like if kay(f)bop(t) had a child that grew up to avoid its parent's mistakes, only to walk a still horrid but slightly more serious path.

Phonology
[view]Phonological System: DemonMost notable differences from humans:- A long tongue with a forked end
- Length and flexibility allows added POAs and trills
- Forked end allows more co-articulated consonants (unable to add these into a table - use other Conworkshop systems for this)
- A purring mechanism
