About Proto-Ravenish (old)
𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌵𐌴𐌼𐍉!
welcome!
This language is heavily compounding. It is spoken in Finland, leading to a higher percentage of Finnish loans than any other (My excuse to include Finnish cause I love the language). I aim for this language to eventually be completely useable in the modern day using as few loan words as possible, so some words will inevitably be quite lengthy like in Icelandic. (Longest so far - tegumahtīgōnāstraumônlandan)
The English name comes from the people's affinity for ravens, they place an unusually large importance on them, even for a Germanic culture.
