About Dorainian
The idea for this stems from a short story written a few years ago. Dohrin (******) is an island nation off the coast of the fictitious continent of Oduespia. All the languages of that continent descended from a proto-Oduespian language. The Dorainian language, or Dohrinskalam, evolved from the proto-language in a manner not too dissimilar from Icelandic's evolution from the proto-Norse language in reality.
