About Fricanu
There was a language in North Africa known as African Romance (https://en.wikipedia. org/wiki/African_Romance), this language was spoken in the Maghreb from the Roman conquest until the 14th century AD by the descendants of Roman settlers in Africa and Romanized Berbers and Carthaginians.
I'm making an Alt-History project where this language "miraculously" survives, before the Arab conquest, Byzantium evacuates the Christian population from modern Tunisia to Sardinia where they will live scattered across the island, while in Morocco, a small community of Latin speakers survives isolated in the Atlas mountains and develops a distinct Romance language.
Fricanu is my first conlang, so every suggestion or help will be welcomed.
