About Pieveian
I'd like to think every conlanger goes through their romlang phase.
Pieveian is a Romance language most likely spoken in northern Italy. Despite its classification as an Italo-Dalmatian language, it shares enough characteristics with Gallo-Romance and Eastern Romance for this classification to be somewhat inaccurate. (Translation: I wasn't sure what to classify Pieveian as.)
Some recognizable characteristics of Pieveian:
• It's a romlang
• Palatalization of /t/, /d/, /s/, /z/, /n/, and /l/ before front vowels; not just /k/ and /g/
• <y> /ju/
• Imperative replaced by the subjunctive
