About Faliscan
Faliscan was a language spoken in ancient Latium, in a city called Falerii Veteres (now Civita Castellana, Italy). Faliscan is the closest relative of Latin or a dialect of it. In 241 BC the Faliscans rebelled against Rome, but were defeated and then slowly assimilated to Romans. Faliscan is attested in hundreds of inscriptions, but the information here will be useful to reconstruct it and make a conlang based on it. A lot of things (orthography, phonology, morphology, etc.) may change as the work progresses.
