About Essene
Essene is my first real try in semitic languages. [wikiprospeak]
Essene is an endangered minority language of the Northern Semitic Languages spoken around the Fertile Crescent by about 600,000 speakers.
It is written using the arabic alphabet (in Jordan) and rarely using the hebrew script (in Israel) or the syriac script (in a few villages in Syria).
The Essene language is closely related to Byblical Hebrew, but has diverged a huge lot due to seperation, and long periods of contact with Aramaic, Latin and Akkadian has further segregated It from its sister language.
