About Harmonicode
Harmonicode is a language used by the Leyaloids in the world of Mixolys, artificial humans that can communicate with Harmonic Servers to have emotional energy and instructions processed into song magic. It is designed to be like a programming language due to its primary purpose of transmitting commands, but it focuses on emotional expression and has some flexibility in its interpretation (or at least translation). While only Leyaloids can use "official" song magic due to their built-in connections to the servers, called Queries, others can use devices called Cosmocarriers to achieve temporary representation on a server and express themselves through a different sort of song magic called an Uplink. This practice has become so popular that small servers have been made in other worlds for the purpose of holding "Harmonicode Concerts" where people connect to the servers to have their feelings expressed as song magic.
