Species Human/humanoid
About Kilian I created Kiliost because of my love for languages and also because I'm writing a story which includes a race of human-looking aliens (they can pass for humans easily, except for a few physical differences. So maybe not so easily). The name Kiliost means 'Kilia language', Kilia being the planet and 'ost' being the suffix added after language names. I created this conlang with the help of Vulgar. It's based on Finnish phonology, but otherwise has no other reference to natlangs.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Usually, two same vowels in a row is not allowed unless it's a long vowel (considering long vowels are written as two same vowels in a row). However, it can happen that a suffix may start with the same vowel as the word to which the suffix is attached. In this case, these two vowels are read seperately, as if there was a glottal stop in the middle, despite there not being one present in the language itself, if that makes sense.
