About Iltaneic
Iltana could technically be called a very, very distant relative of Basque, but it is nigh unrecognizable, as it is the great grandchild of a language that existed aeons ago which was related to another language that would eventually become Basque. It is spoken by a kingdom of extraplanar humans who are the descendants of ancient inhabitants of an island in the canaries that plainly got swallowed up in a freak storm of interdimensional energy and ended up in the Tinctury.
