About langian A language from the same setting as  Standard Norel and  Proto-Taso-Venotien. The country this language is spoken in borders the Norelno Federation (although the two are separated by a mountain range). The original (and still majority) population of this region is a different species from the speakers of either other language and amphibious but... I'm too lazy to consider different phonological systems for all of these languages, so they're stuck with human language sounds.

Some features of langian:
uses classifiers and declines them instead of its nouns
requires auxiliaries and places most of the inflection on them instead of the verb
a base 16 counting system (when counting things on their hands, speakers of this language use a binary system using four digits on each hand)
