About Mañi  Wa Ñi descendant, which forms the classical language of the various Mañian peoples.

Descendents include:
  •  Hlung - polysynthetic, no tone, innovates plural and nominal tense, Mataco-Guaicuruan-inspired demonstrative system
  •  Ndxiixun - fusional, ditches gender, Chinantec-inspired tonal verbal system, CV only, ballistic syllables
  •  Awatese - polysynthetic, simplified 3-gender system, no tone, loads and loads of reduplication, pluractionality
  •  Yachiroese - simplified morphosyntax, CV syllables, Hiragana-inspired script
  •  Nichoh - under heavy construction, morphosyntax not at all decided yet but probably cursed
  •  Maypaw - under heavy construction, animacy as remnant of old gender system, fused evidential/subject marking

Contains a number of loans from  Xuni Substrate.
