About Noellastani
Noellastani is a Uralic language spoken in modern day/current world's; Finland, Sweden, Norway, Karelia, Kota peninsula, the St. Petersburg region, and Estonia. Noellastani became a lingua franca of Europe and some parts of Asia, Russia and Africa due to Noellastan's presence in world politics and peace negotiation.
During World War 3 (1961), Noellastan invaded all of Europe and huge chunks of Russia, Western Asia, and Northern Africa. They began assaults into central Asia and Africa and the rest of Russia, and were planning on invading the Americas as well.
Due to the coronation of Noelle the 17th, she withdrew from WW3 and returned the lands to their rightful peoples, resulting in many indigenous groups getting their own states. She was the leader of peace deals following the withdraw of Noellastani troops in these regions as well. She worked on promoting the good sides of Noellastani culture and history till her death in 2028. She also worked on standardising the language and made "Modern Standard Noellastani".
Modern day Noellastan is a very peaceful and neutral country due to their history and has become the cultural capitol of Eastern and Northern Europe and more vaguely Europe and Russia as a whole. They are the most populous country in the European Union, and are one of its biggest funders and supporters.

History has it that Noelle itself came to North America to teach the Americans Noellastani, to prepare them for the incoming invasion. Some consider it its own language, but sense North American Noellastani speakers themself consider it a dialect, most linguists consider it such. It's mostly spoken in North America, with some in South America.
