About Neo-Sumerian
Silim ḫemenzen!
[siˈlim xemenˈd͡zen]

Not to be confused with the real Neo-Sumerian, this project is a historically based interpretation/reconstruction of the ancient Sumerian language in a modern context. Grammatical and phonological interpretations closely follow "A descriptive grammar of Sumerian" (B., 2010) and lexical items are pulled from both that and the website www.sumer.grazhdani.eu/index.php.

Neo-Sumerian is only one artistic interpretation of the Sumerian language, and should not be treated as remotely correct nor accurate.
