About Azaric

Azaric is a language spoken is Azary in the Great North region, on the planet Saela located in the constelation of Aries. It is slighty influenced by Theric due to 240 years of colonization and other neighboring languages through trade. It has also borrowed English words concerning with foods, media, popular trends, and Tellurian life. Grammatical Gender in Azaric is slowly collapsing with the masculine and feminine genders slowly merging becoming the common gender therefore the use of the masculine and feminine delcension tables can be used for either gender in colloquial speech but not in formal settings.

Azaric has a highly inflectional morphology, and word order is relatively free. Though the primary word order is VSO, SVO for polite usage.

Azaric is written using a modern version the Alfharic script, the Azaric language has been romanized 10 years after initial contact on Earth and so both writing systems can be used, Tellurians learning Azaric and Tel-Azarians on Earth uses the romanized version due to cultural influence.
