About Oblaste Oblaste is a Roskian language that is spoken in Oblast by 10 million people. It is an agglutinative language that has rich and complex morphology, with most inflections differing from each other. The language has a nominative-accusative morphosyntactic alignment. It contains a class based noun system with 15 cases. Adjectives are inflected for number, class and case. Verbs are inflected for voice, tense, mood, and aspect. It contains a pitch accent, which is unpredictable and needs to be learnt by heart.
