About Proto-Athru-Kherzomian
Proto-Athru-Kherzomian is a proto language on a planet called Cutlatul. It first appeared near Tathugy bay, where speakers of Central PAK stayed, but later, because of migration, it has branched into southern (Athrutian) and northern (Kherzomian) dialect. All three are the predecessors of many historically important languages, as well as the current lingua franca, Classical Enigentian.

Although any consonant could appear both at the onset or the coda of a syllable, only non-plosives could appear after another consonant, meaning that *qorwas was a legal word, but **qortas, **qotwas or **qotkas could not exist.
Sequences of two vowels were possible, but it is not known whether they were pronounced as seperate syllables or as diphthongs.
