About Old Morskar
This is not in affiliation with "Magog of Morskar" on YouTube. I did make this language for myself, but had been in contact with him for its use in his world. It never came to fruition, so, now, it is a necessary tool to develop its descendant.
Syllable limitations:
{p,ɸ,β}Vm; {m,p,ɸ}Vβ
{t,s,l,r}Vn; {n,t,s}Vl,r
{k,x,ɣ}Vŋ; {ŋ,k,x}Vɣ
-syllable structure: (C)(i u)V(C); no /i u/ without consonant.
-high vowels may not precede nasals and liquids at syllable coda.
-/i u a iu ia ui ua/, only, may end words; /i u iu ui/ manifested as [ɪ ʊ iʊ uɪ]; this might have derived from mergers of /i e/ and /u o/ coda environments; this is a further development of the previous rule.
Intervocal clusters:
/mt mk ms mx ml mr mɣ/
/np nk nɸ nx nβ nɣ/
/ŋp ŋt ŋɸ ŋs ŋβ ŋl ŋr/

/lm lŋ lp lk lɸ lx lβ lɣ/
/rm rŋ rp rk rɸ rx rβ rɣ/
Word coda:
/n t s β* l r ɣ*/
*only at the end of words for dissimulation purposes; words directly formed from roots with [β ɣ] at coda are the exception.
Roots:
minimal: VC; maximal: CVCCVC.
minimal: VCC; maximal: VCCVCC.
-roots must end in a consonant, and may be any permutation of the above limits.
-words closest derived from roots ending in /n t s β l r ɣ/ maintain these realizations without suffixation.
