Welcome to the page on the Corinian Language!
A beautiful language, where you don't use verbs at all
well it's a bit more complicated than that but hey
Verbs are expressed through cases, and aspects that sometimes all line up to show the relation between the agent and object, by the marked topic.
This conlang was inspired by Bad Conlanging Ideas on tumblr, specifically class distinctions of <human> and <dancer>. I also included a heck tonne of agreement, as well as a Classical Latin style orthography and a distinct lack of verbs. There's a way around it though - many many moods and aspects (and a technical copula - 'xvvxe', meaning towards)
It started as a dumb experiment and evolved into an interesting concept. Now I've fell into a tough kind of love with it.
There's 4 classes, and 4 tags, giving a total of 16 different grammatical classifications. Yay. The classes are:
Human - r
Dancer (kinda poetic) - x
Penetrable (can you fit any part of you / your entire self in it?) - s
Inpenetrable (can you not fit in it) - c
The tags:
Masculine - ī | k
Feminine - v | m
Neuter - Ø | d
Compound (qualities of all three) - oa | p
Now you may realise
To that, I say I have shown a construction of particles that mimics the verb as best as possible.

If there aren't any verbs, how come in the dictionary it shows there are verbs?
To that, I say I have shown a construction of particles that mimics the verb as best as possible.
