About Ruczik
Róczką (Ruczik in english), is a Lechitic language. My idea for the language came from my love of Slavic languages. Actually, when I first started making languages here on CWS, I made a Russian like language. But after many failures, I decided to take a break. But a year later, after taking multiple language classes, I came back and started to make a language that is a mix between Latin (Cases and Gender), Russian (Smoothness and Sound), and Polish (Familiarity and sound). Some special facts to know about Róczką is that it contains 8 cases: Nominative, Genitive, Dative, Accusative, Ablative, Locative, Vocative, and Instrumental. In addition it has 3 genders (Masculine, Feminine, and Neuter) and has 3 tenses (past, present and future). Although it may seem funny to not have subjunctive or "in-between" tenses, but it makes for a simplistic, smooth, and easy to learn language. Within my design of the language, I decided to use few letters so that the language wasn't so crazy, and whilst choosing letters, I found the most commonly used letters in a few Slavic letters to get an idea of some of the more important sounds.
