[ˈsæŋke ˈɾuɫo]*
Registered by soup on 10 March 2018
Language type A priori
Species Human/humanoid
About Sangesian Sangesian is the language with the most speakers in my earth-like conworld Astanu, serving as the lingua franca for much of the "Eastern World". It has also become my most developed conlang and has the largest vocabulary of my conlangs.

Here’s a link to the WIP grammar on Google Docs. Always assume in case of contradiction with CWS articles that the Google Doc is the most up-to-date cause I hate writing CWS articles.

Some features:
• small inventory and moderate syllable structure (C)V(C)
• an abjad with syllable blocks
• split-S
• secundative
• mostly analytic
• no genders, limited animacy distinction
• weird pronouns (including a first person pronoun for talking to oneself)
• no adjectives (prepositional phrases for life)
• prepositional phrases act syntactically identically to nouns
• interrogative and relative pro-verbs
• pied-piping with inversion

It's not the size of the inventory that matters, it's what you do with it.
