About Santaroni  Santaroni is the descendant of the  Proto-Santaroni language and it is currently spoken in Greece. It reduced the number of cases to 6 (Nominative, Accusative, Dative, Genitive, Ablative and Locative) while verbal conjugation was simplified to just 2 tenses(the others are expressed through auxiliar verbs). It experienced many sound shifts from  Proto-Santaroni, but these were a bit irregular, so they don't apply to all words:

p > b f
w > w v
s > s z
k > g ks z
dh > d t
j > j i

The vowels changed more irregularly, so they can't be determined precisely.
