"Welcome, you who wishes to learn about the Seseksho language!"
Seseksho (Sésékšó /sɛsɛkʃɔ/ lit. "the language from the land" or Jewe) is a Native American language spoken by the Jewe people (exonym; likely from Seseksho jéwex "owner") or, as they call themselves, the Sésékšókwibeč ("speakers of Seseksho") or Wékwutóʔ ("the people"). It is an endangered language, only spoken by 100 people as of 2018. It seems to be unrelated to any other language, but shares similarity in grammar with Northern Uto-Aztecan languages.
DAWERA BOIS
Features:
- Mostly agglutinative, but fusional in pronouns and nouns.
- Ergative-Absolutive

- 7 noun cases, with separate forms for singular and plural.
- Verbal nominalization with many different forms, for example, the suffix -nókw "[one who is] supposed to" in the word ečbedikónókw “the one who is supposed to say it to him”
- Rich collection of instrumental prefixes: bexiwruʔuwéʔ “it was poked with something short,” bebekwékéwjéjwéʔ “it could be smelled with the nose”
- Extensive noun incorporation with nouns sometimes having different forms when they are incorporated, i.e. naskak ibexuk “you cut its head” but ibesaxuk “you head-cut it”
