About Tetz
Tetz (Hayk Soz) is a language isolate spoken by around 4.7 million people, primarily on the strip of land in northeast Kenas known as Tetzga. Tetz is an important language of the area, being the first widespread literary language, exerting great influence over the local Asanic and Harachic languages of the area, and introducing writing to both cultural spheres. The exonym Tetz comes from a Naal pronunciation of the Asan 'Tėth', derived from the Tetz word for city, tēth [tʲeθ], deriving from the fact that compared to the mostly rural Asanic peoples and the pastoralist Harhachi, the Tetz lived primarily in urbanized kingdoms in the mountains or along the coast
