About Ts'imu
Vaguely Western-North-American phonology with a very analytic grammar. Because I don't know if I've seen this combination yet.
Pretty dang ergative. EVA word order. Pluractionality system is complex and often suppletive. The pluractional argument usually refers to the absolutive argument.
Cases: null nominative, marked (but optional) accusative, dative-genitive, ablative, instrumental (which is used for ergative in some cases; also for most modals and verbs of perception/feeling). They're enclitics on noun phrases. Nouns also decline for tense/mood, but not number. The tense is marked with suffixes, but mood is marked through particles which are a subset of those used for verbs. Clauses can also take tense/aspect particles, of which there are very very many, since Ts'imu distinguishes seven tenses and five-ish aspects.
Evidentiality: particles. Direct vs. inferential vs. quotative.
Number is seldom marked, but pronouns distinguish singular/dual/trial/plural, as well as clusivity.
Directional system is based on uphill/downhill and also along river / perpendicular to river. There are special terms relative to lakes and oceans too.
Vowels do weird morphophonological things in general. But not in a harmony way. Also there's glottal harmony.
No relative clauses per se.
