Viedhoźan is spoken natively as an L1 by around 45,000,000 people in the country of Viedhauźe and as an L2 mainly in the countries of Wagaúe and Meacieauci. Standard Viedhoźan is an amalgamation of a two major dialects; the dialect of the province Ieha, and the dialect of the province Lobhoźauźe, also known as "The Capitolects" as they are home to the two most influential former capitols of the ancient Ítha Empire, who spoke Íthasran, the parent to all modern, living languages of the Dápos branch of the Gwédga Language Family.
