About Vorak
Official, and only recognised, language of the Emirate of Vorak. A harsh, guttural language borne of deserts and arid climes. Consonant cluster are many and varied.
1. SVO word order.
2. Vorak has no form of the verb 'to be'.
3. Vorak has no conjunction 'and'. 'I was wet and he was dry' ---> 'I was wet, he was dry.' | "I saw Jon, Linda and their dog yesterday.' ---> 'I saw - Jon Linda their dog - yesterday.'
4. Vorak uses a separate particle to indicate the perfective tense -- xonch' -- which literally means 'finished' or 'completed'.
5. There are six noun cases in Vorak that apply to all nouns and pronouns. Nominative, accusative, ablative, allative, sociative and privative. They are attached in the following order if stacked:
[SOC]--[ALL]--[NOM/ACC]--word--[PLUR]--[ABL]--[PRIV]
6. Possessions and possessees are indicated with the possessive pronouns: "John his dog" or "House its roof".
