About Xingap
One of the westernmost Dapen languages— has a fairly small sound system with few stops. Elision of all final vowels with resulting tone coalescence has created a system of four register tones (<á ā a à> from high to low). More analytic than most other Ngerupic languages of Magali. Probably spoken by around a million. Like other languages of the Dayaan region, highly ergative.
