About Grethenic
Once the world's dominant language, this ancient tongue has been phased out and replaced by simpler versions in the few pockets of the world where the language hasn't been replaced entirely. It was the language of literature, art, and law until its sudden decline into myth and legend. Mostly upheld by the harpies of Western I'Laestra, Grethenic is an unusual language which stresses word order and articulating subliminal ideas through grammar and vocabulary.
