numeral de
[dɛ]
two
(2)
 Loran
Notes
How an entire number is put together in Loran:
On their own say the noun itself e.g. "I want four apples" -> "Kepol pa qeyi"
When there are multiple units, the numeral words are joined together in a chain as such:
153 -> moyel
Note how the last unit ('li', 3) is shortened, this is always done to the last unit if there are two or more units.
If there are zeros following a unit, we put an extra vowel to show how many:
2 -> de
20 -> deq (zero is 'qo')
200 -> deqi (2 zeroes)
2000 -> deqū (3 zeroes)
20,000 -> deqa (4 zeroes)
200,000 -> deqā (5 zeroes)
2,000,000 -> deqe (6 zeroes) (2 million)
afterwards we restart the chain of zeroes so that:
20,000,000 ->deqeq
200,000,000,000 -> deqeqā
2,000,020,000 -> deqadeqa
more examples:
4326 -> palidet
50063 -> yeqitil
70010 -> tsaqimoq
